Intro
I think you’ve    forgotten      about your last boyfriend
Put others right out of your mind
I want a chance        give me a turn…

[brief build-up inst]

(Ch)    I like you     and I think I could love you
I want you     to give me a chance
I’ll give you    anything that I can give
Just let me into your world

(1)       I went to the mall today
And every time I looked another way
I thought I saw your face on every girl around
So I kept on walking up to folks
But my eyes were clearly playing jokes
Then I realized – you’d said you’d be out of town

        (Ch)

(2)    I wonder how much you like me
But I suppose soon enough I’ll see
‘Cause you’ll have to say just how about me you feel
I’m thinking ‘bout you all the time
And for you I would spend my final dime
All my hopes are building up a healthy zeal

(Ch2)    (You know,) I like you     and you bet I could love you
I want you             now give me a chance!
I’ll give you    anything in my power
Just let me into your world
    Will you just
Just let me into your world
    Will you just
Just let me into your world

    [inst to end]

1)     Emotional instability is a virtue
I get along better with people who are
    Emotionally unstable
    Emotionally unstable

2)     Others seems to prefer sanity as a basis
A prerequisite by which to judge their friends
    (I like the)    Emotionally unstable
    Emotionally unstable

They cry a lot,         they laugh a lot
They sigh a lot,         they talk a lot a lot a lot
They get confused,        they blow a fuse
Emotionally unstable
Emotionally unstable

Because they love a lot…

            [inst]

They cry a lot,         they sigh a lot
They laugh a lot,         they talk a lot
They get confused,        sometime they blow a fuse
Emotionally unstable
Emotionally unstable

3)     Their need of some security is fine with me
You know that I  la-la   la-la-la like the
    Emotionally unstable
    (I like the) Emotionally unbalanced
    Emotionally unstable

They sob a lot,         they scream a lot
Emote a lot,             they dream a lot
They’re so high-strung,    look what they’ve done
Emotionally unstable
Emotionally unstable
Emotionally unbalanced

(1)    Ever since that call on a Friday in May
I’ve been counting all of the days away
    Foreign wasn’t so near
    Foreign wasn’t so dear
And Foreign was conservative, of that I wouldn’t hear

And I’ve been    Counting the days away
                Counting the days
                Counting the days         to freedom

(2)     You know on that Thursday before that Friday
I really wasn’t sure to whom I’d say
The words that meant a lot
The words that spent a lot
And just my luck, I chose the one who wouldn’t give a lot

And I’ve been    Counting the days away
                Counting the days
                Counting the days away
                Counting the days         to freedom

And now it’s here
And it is clear
That everything will work out
You’d best believe
I’ve tricks up my sleeve
To ensure it will all work out

(3)    5/22 for four hours or so
And I counted to 6/6        to dispense my woe
    Then I danced with you
And when the night was done I knew
Cuz Foreign and Misty don’t compare on one thing they do

And I’ve been    Counting the days away
                Counting the days
                Counting the days away
                Counting the days
(And I’ve been) counting the days away
                Counting the days
                Counting the days away
                Counting the days         to freedom

1) Larry wanted peanuts, he went to the store.
He gave the clerk a quarter, she said they cost some more.
He tried to buy some time, tried to play it cool.
But the smell of roasted peanuts just made Larry drool...

2) So he went out to the corner, to try and earn some dough
Solicited some ladies, but all of them said "No!!!"
He thought he'd found a client, was going to make a sale
But she was undercover, and now Larry's in jail!

SPOKEN: Man, I envy the talent you surround yourself with, Graykin.

CHORUS:
Laaarrrrry! The peeee-nut smuggler!
He woulda been better off as a baby juggler!
Now he shares a loo with Snake, Spike, and Bubba!
Laaarrrrry! He's got smelly feet.

SPOKEN: Bet you didn't expect to come home to THIS!

[Inst]

3) They took him to the big house, they put him in a cell
His cellmate was a WOMAN, she said her name was Mel
Along came Max and Alec, to give the details would be wrong
All Larry wanted was peanuts and he ended up in a song!

4) His cellmates started grumblin', and giving him the eye
It seemed that good old Larry would be saying his goodbyes
But Snake came to his rescue shouting "Homey don't you see?!?"
That dude is Larry Graykin and he sings for MPeace3!

SPOKEN: Can you sing, Marc, or are you just a lyrical genius?

CH – repeat and fade
