MPeace3 (aka MFP) is a fictional band. Or, more precisely, MPeace3 is not really any kind of a band at all. It is the name I, L. Graykin, often use to designate the supposed performers on my song demos. Sometimes I use a different designation. More experimental/spoken word type stuff I usually label as having been done by Scales. Sometimes I use a variant of one of those, or use my own last name. It depends.

I've been writing songs since the 70's, and when digital recording technology came along, I finally saw how I could make manifest (aurally) the notes and noises swimming in my head. I primarily use loops from Drums on Demand for rhythm and "play" (often via manually entered MIDI lines or painstaking editing of guitar takes) everything else.

L. Graykin: I am an English Language Arts teacher at a public school in NH. Parent of two boys, I am married to writer Justine Graykin. In my spare time I raise chickens and gripe about politics.
